Biogly / Productivity software
Built for the work
not the demo.
Biogly builds SaaS products that reduce friction, clarify decisions, and give teams more room for the work that matters. Revu is in production today: one operating system for customer signals, replies and weekly reviews.

01 / How we work
Start with the work, not the feature list. Every Biogly product begins with a real operating constraint: a decision that takes too long, a handoff that loses context, or a team that cannot see what matters next. We design the smallest useful surface around that constraint.
We sit with the team for a week and write down what actually happens: the questions people ask, the moments they hesitate, the work that gets redone. The constraint is named before any screen is drawn.
If a rule can be written down, the product applies it. People keep the judgement calls and lose the sorting, copying and status-chasing that surrounds them.
Every screen ends somewhere specific: a person, a deadline, a decision. A customer record becomes a daily brief. A meeting becomes a committed next action. A collection of metrics becomes a weekly review.
We measure whether the work got lighter, not whether the engagement chart moved. If a feature is used once and never again, it comes out in the next release.
02 / Product architecture
Most teams do not need more software. They need fewer places for important work to disappear. Revu shares one model of customers, commitments, and decisions, so the next action is visible without another status meeting.

Revu
Revu is the product Biogly has in production today. It is not a concept or a waitlist — it is running for teams right now, with real accounts, real commitments and a weekly release cycle.

Revu / Surface 01
Why it exists: important customer signals were scattered across inboxes, notes, and memory.
What it does: shows what needs attention now.
0 of 4 items have a clear next action.
Revu / Surface 02
Why it exists: useful replies take too long when context is hidden in tabs and threads.
What it does: turns context into a clear next message.
Hi Dana — thanks for flagging this. I checked the two invoices in question: the March charge includes 4 seats added on the 3rd, which weren't on the February bill. I've attached a side-by-side breakdown and credited the duplicate support fee.
If the seat count looks wrong on your side, tell me the number you expect and I'll correct it today rather than at renewal.
Human review required before sending.
Revu / Surface 03
Why it exists: teams had activity data but not a shared view of what was actually moving.
What it does: turns scattered work into a weekly operating review.
Decision needed: assign an owner to the 7 open commitments before Monday, or close two of them.
3 metrics · 3 decisions recorded this week.
04 / A note from the people building it
We started Biogly because too much software asks people to work around it. Our standard is simpler: if a product does not make the next decision clearer, it is not finished. Revu is the first product we have taken all the way to that standard, and it is in production today.
That standard is uncomfortable to hold. It means removing features that were interesting to build. It means measuring whether Monday morning got easier, not whether someone opened the app. We think it is the only way to make software that earns its place on a team's desk for years rather than quarters.
